Commercial Mission
Build and manage strategic relationships that expand the reach, capabilities and commercial performance of fintech products. The Lead will identify high-value ecosystem opportunities and convert them into sustainable partnerships.
What You Will Lead

Develop and execute a fintech partnership strategy.

Identify banks, payment providers, technology companies and digital platforms for strategic collaboration.

Build commercial proposals, partnership structures and business cases.
-
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
-
Manage relationships from initial engagement through implementation.
-
Coordinate technical, product, legal and operational requirements.
-
Identify opportunities for embedded payments and financial-service integrations.
-
Monitor partner-generated revenue, transaction activity and commercial performance.
-
Conduct market intelligence and ecosystem mapping.
-
Present partnership opportunities and growth strategies to senior leadership.
Experience
-
7+ years in fintech partnerships, business development, payments, banking or technology.

Demonstrated experience negotiating strategic commercial relationships.

Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems and financial infrastructure.

Excellent commercial, analytical and communication skills.
-
Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology or a related field.
