Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end fintech operational frameworks, covering transaction flows, exception handling, and escalation models

Architect digital processes for payments operations, account lifecycle management, and financial reconciliations

Develop operational KPIs, monitoring dashboards, and continuous improvement mechanisms

Identify operational risks and redesign processes to eliminate friction, errors, and inefficiencies
