Technical Mission
This role focuses on how fintech systems actually operate under real-world stress, not how they are marketed or conceptualised. The Lead Fintech Infrastructure Operator is responsible for designing, validating, and documenting operational logic for transaction-intensive financial platforms.
The role is fully remote and deeply technical, prioritising reliability, accuracy, and operational continuity.
Operational Responsibilities

Define operational models for real-time transaction processing systems

Design monitoring, alerting, and incident-response frameworks

Establish reconciliation, rollback, and failure-containment procedures

Model system behaviour under peak load and adverse conditions

Develop operational runbooks and reliability documentation

Conduct post-incident analysis and system resilience reviews

Required Expertise

14–22 years in fintech infrastructure, payment operations, or financial systems reliability

Strong understanding of high-volume transaction environments

Proven experience designing operational frameworks for mission-critical systems

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and high accountability

Excellent technical documentation and analytical skills
