Role Overview
This role is intended for a highly experienced fintech infrastructure engineer responsible for designing, evaluating, and optimising core payment engines and digital ledger systems. Fully remote and aligned with the UAE’s advanced fintech ecosystem, the role focuses on technical depth, correctness, and scalability.
The emphasis is on architecture and system behaviour, not on feature delivery or routine development tasks.
Core Technical Responsibilities

Architect and document high-throughput transaction processing systems

Design ledger structures ensuring consistency, auditability, and reconciliation accuracy

Evaluate scalability, latency, and fault-tolerance of financial platforms

Define recovery, rollback, and exception-handling mechanisms

Establish engineering standards and architectural documentation

Review system trade-offs across performance, reliability, and data integrity

Candidate Requirements

12–18 years in fintech engineering or financial systems architecture
