A next-generation digital finance platform is hiring a highly strategic Lead Fintech DevOps & Platform Automation Engineer – Lending Systems & Embedded Finance to lead infrastructure automation, deployment reliability, and operational scalability across advanced lending platforms, embedded finance ecosystems, and intelligent credit delivery systems.

This role demands a technically strong DevOps leader capable of building highly secure and resilient infrastructure supporting digital onboarding, underwriting engines, repayment systems, merchant lending platforms, SME finance products, and customer-facing lending applications across multi-market operations.

The successful engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that lending systems operate with speed, resilience, compliance, and seamless delivery—without compromising customer trust or operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure automation across digital lending platforms, embedded finance systems, and next-generation credit delivery ecosystems

• Build secure CI/CD pipelines supporting rapid product deployment, compliance-driven releases, and operational consistency

• Design scalable cloud-native environments for underwriting systems, customer onboarding platforms, collections infrastructure, and repayment workflows

• Strengthen Kubernetes orchestration, container reliability, and microservices deployment across high-volume lending operations

• Collaborate with software engineers, credit operations teams, cybersecurity leaders, compliance teams, and product managers

• Improve monitoring frameworks, observability systems, and incident response processes across customer-facing financial applications

• Strengthen disaster recovery planning, platform redundancy, and resilience engineering across lending infrastructure

• Support performance optimization involving databases, APIs, financial reporting systems, and operational intelligence platforms

• Ensure all platform operations align with Saudi regulatory expectations and internal governance standards

• Mentor DevOps teams while leading long-term platform engineering strategy and operational excellence initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or equivalent technical qualification

• 6–10+ years of DevOps engineering experience across fintech, lending platforms, banking systems, or digital financial products

• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure automation frameworks

• Experience supporting lending operations, embedded finance systems, or compliance-sensitive financial platforms

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, cloud security, and high-availability infrastructure management

• Excellent technical leadership and platform architecture capabilities

• Ability to lead complex engineering delivery across regulated financial environments
