Position Summary

A next-generation financial technology ecosystem in Riyadh is recruiting a Lead Fintech Data Scientist to oversee enterprise predictive analytics, machine learning innovation, intelligent transaction modeling, and AI-driven financial intelligence across advanced digital finance infrastructure.

Strategic Responsibilities

Predictive Modeling & AI Development

• Build predictive models for customer acquisition, transaction behavior, risk assessment, and financial forecasting
• Develop advanced analytical solutions for digital payment optimization and operational intelligence
• Improve AI-powered personalization systems across digital finance ecosystems

Data Engineering & Financial Intelligence

• Analyze high-volume structured and unstructured financial datasets
• Develop enterprise analytical frameworks supporting operational efficiency and commercial growth

• Support executive leadership with predictive insights and data-driven strategic recommendations
• Optimize enterprise data utilization across fintech operations and digital banking ecosystems

Risk, Fraud & Compliance Analytics

• Collaborate with fraud and compliance teams on intelligent monitoring systems
• Build anomaly detection algorithms and predictive fraud prevention models
• Support enterprise risk management through AI-powered behavioral analytics
• Improve transaction monitoring efficiency and financial crime detection accuracy
