A fast-growing digital finance environment in Kuwait is currently searching for a Lead Fintech Customer Experience & Intelligent Financial Platforms Manager to oversee enterprise customer experience transformation initiatives supporting advanced digital banking ecosystems, intelligent financial service platforms, and next-generation fintech engagement infrastructures.

This opportunity is intended for innovative professionals with strong expertise in customer-centric fintech design, intelligent financial platforms, digital engagement analytics, and enterprise service modernization.

The selected candidate will play a strategic role in shaping seamless customer financial experiences across digital payments, mobile banking ecosystems, embedded finance services, and intelligent transaction environments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead customer experience transformation initiatives involving digital financial journeys, intelligent transaction ecosystems, and fintech service optimization programs.
  • Develop customer-centric fintech strategies supporting engagement growth, digital adoption, transaction efficiency, and financial accessibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product strategy, and operations teams to enhance digital banking usability and payment experience performance.
  • Analyze customer transaction behaviors, engagement metrics, operational pain points, and digital adoption patterns to strengthen financial service delivery.
  • Support implementation of AI-powered personalization systems, intelligent support platforms, and automated customer engagement infrastructures.
  • Design operational frameworks improving onboarding efficiency, transaction simplicity, digital trust, and customer retention.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure secure, transparent, and customer-friendly financial interactions.
  • Develop executive reporting dashboards tracking customer engagement performance, transaction experience quality, and digital financial growth metrics.
  • Participate in enterprise fintech modernization programs involving cloud-based engagement systems, embedded financial services, and predictive customer intelligence platforms.
  • Monitor emerging trends in intelligent financial experiences, conversational banking technologies, and AI-driven customer service ecosystems.
  • Mentor customer operations and digital engagement teams while promoting enterprise service excellence standards.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Technology, Marketing, Customer Analytics, Digital Strategy, or related disciplines.
  • 6–10 years of experience in fintech customer experience management, digital banking operations, financial product strategy, or enterprise service transformation.
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, mobile banking ecosystems, customer engagement technologies, and fintech operational systems.
  • Experience working with customer analytics platforms, financial service optimization frameworks, and intelligent engagement technologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer intelligence capabilities.
  • Familiarity with fintech governance, operational resilience, and digital financial service standards.
