A sophisticated and highly modern financial technology ecosystem in Kuwait is searching for a Lead Fintech Cloud Security & Financial Infrastructure Protection Manager to oversee enterprise cybersecurity modernization initiatives, cloud-native financial protection ecosystems, and intelligent fintech operational resilience infrastructures.
This opportunity is designed for highly experienced fintech cybersecurity professionals with strong expertise in cloud financial security architectures, transaction protection systems, enterprise operational resilience, and digital banking infrastructure governance.
The selected candidate will play a strategic role in strengthening enterprise financial technology environments through advanced security intelligence systems, AI-enhanced threat monitoring infrastructures, predictive operational defense frameworks, and scalable cloud-native fintech protection technologies.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise cloud security initiatives involving financial infrastructure protection systems, intelligent cybersecurity ecosystems, and fintech operational resilience frameworks.
- Design scalable cybersecurity architectures supporting digital banking operations, payment transaction ecosystems, and enterprise cloud financial infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cloud engineers, fintech developers, payment operations teams, and cybersecurity analysts to strengthen enterprise financial protection capabilities.
- Oversee implementation of AI-powered threat intelligence systems capable of identifying operational vulnerabilities, suspicious activities, and transaction security risks.
- Develop governance standards supporting enterprise cyber resilience, operational continuity, transaction integrity, and digital financial trust.
- Conduct enterprise security assessments relating to cloud infrastructure exposure, payment ecosystem vulnerabilities, and operational defense optimization opportunities.
- Support fintech modernization initiatives involving intelligent security automation systems, predictive cybersecurity analytics technologies, and cloud-native protection frameworks.
- Prepare executive security dashboards covering infrastructure threat metrics, transaction protection indicators, operational resilience analytics, and enterprise security performance frameworks.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and fintech ecosystem partners regarding strategic cybersecurity modernization initiatives.
- Monitor emerging innovations involving AI-driven threat intelligence systems, autonomous cybersecurity ecosystems, and intelligent financial infrastructure protection technologies.
- Mentor enterprise cybersecurity and infrastructure protection teams while promoting operational excellence and digital resilience leadership culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cloud Computing, or related disciplines.
- 7–12 years of experience in fintech cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure protection, digital banking security operations, or enterprise financial technology ecosystems.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native security systems, fintech operational resilience frameworks, payment security infrastructures, and intelligent threat monitoring technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise transaction platforms and mission-critical financial infrastructures.
- Familiarity with fintech governance standards, cybersecurity operational methodologies, and enterprise scalability frameworks.
- Strong leadership, technical problem-solving, and executive communication capabilities.
