Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology, or related discipline.

• 7+ years of experience in business development, fintech partnerships, banking, technology sales, or financial services.

• Strong understanding of digital banking, open finance, and fintech innovation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated success in achieving commercial growth targets.
