To design and scale intelligent engineering infrastructures supporting:

Core Responsibilities
1. Financial Automation Engineering
- Develop automated fintech systems supporting lending, onboarding, underwriting, and repayment operations
- Build orchestration engines reducing manual intervention across financial workflows
- Design intelligent event-processing systems improving operational efficiency
2. AI & Predictive Infrastructure Integration
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers on machine learning deployment environments
- Build scalable feature-processing infrastructures supporting predictive analytics systems
- Optimize production environments for AI-powered financial decisioning
3. Workflow & Process Engineering
- Design workflow automation systems integrating customer verification, document processing, and transaction management
- Build asynchronous job orchestration infrastructures supporting high-volume fintech operations
- Implement backend automation for reporting, reconciliation, and operational monitoring
4. Infrastructure Scalability & Reliability
- Maintain cloud-native fintech systems optimized for performance and operational resilience
- Build monitoring systems supporting infrastructure visibility and rapid issue resolution
- Ensure high availability across distributed financial operations
5. Engineering Leadership & Innovation
- Contribute to fintech architecture modernization initiatives
- Mentor engineering teams on automation best practices and infrastructure scalability

Technical Qualifications
- 6–12 years in fintech engineering, automation systems, financial infrastructure, or AI platform engineering
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Python / Java / Scala
- Kubernetes / Docker
- CI/CD pipelines
- Kafka / Celery / Redis
- SQL & NoSQL databases
- Cloud-native infrastructure engineering
- Experience with:
- Digital lending systems
- Financial automation ecosystems
- Workflow orchestration engines
- AI deployment infrastructures
