Role Overview
The rise of financial super-apps has transformed fintech from a single-service model into multi-layered digital ecosystems. This role is designed for a strategist who can scale user acquisition, engagement, and monetization across a super-app environment, where payments, lending, savings, and lifestyle services coexist.
You will drive the commercial engine behind a fintech platform, ensuring sustainable growth while optimizing user value and platform profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Design revenue models, including transaction fees, subscriptions, and embedded finance offerings
- Analyze user behavior to optimize conversion funnels and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to align features with revenue generation opportunities
- Lead experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to refine growth initiatives
- Build partnerships to expand ecosystem reach and distribution channels
- Monitor KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn rates
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 9+ years in fintech growth, digital platforms, or product strategy
- Strong understanding of platform economics and monetization models
- Experience scaling digital consumer products
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with super-app ecosystems or multi-service platforms
- Knowledge of behavioral analytics and personalization strategies
- Familiarity with performance marketing and attribution models
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
