Role Overview:
Oman’s emerging fintech ecosystem requires a Lead Financial Intelligence & Payments Architect to design intelligent, secure, and scalable financial systems. This role combines AI, blockchain, and advanced analytics to optimize payment operations, detect financial anomalies, and drive innovation across digital finance services.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect AI-driven financial intelligence platforms for predictive risk modeling, fraud detection, and transaction optimization.

Develop secure, efficient, and scalable digital payment infrastructures, including digital wallets and cross-border settlement systems.

Integrate blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenized assets into fintech ecosystems.

Ensure compliance with Omani financial regulations, data privacy laws, and operational standards.

Advise on strategic fintech initiatives, market penetration strategies, and technology adoption frameworks.

Lead R&D initiatives, mentor technology teams, and foster collaboration with international fintech partners.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Finance, AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years of experience in fintech architecture, AI-driven financial intelligence, or digital payment systems.

Deep understanding of Omani financial regulations, cross-border payment processes, and digital asset frameworks.

Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary technology teams and delivering high-impact fintech solutions.
