Role Overview:
This role is designed for a high-caliber professional to architect intelligent financial infrastructures, integrating AI, blockchain, and digital payment systems. The Lead Financial Intelligence & Payments Architect will revolutionize Oman’s fintech ecosystem, enabling secure, efficient, and innovative financial solutions aligned with regional regulations and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and deployment of AI-driven financial intelligence platforms for predictive risk modeling, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.

Architect advanced digital payment solutions, digital wallets, and cross-border settlement platforms.

Integrate blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenized assets into payment and wealth management systems.

Collaborate with regulators to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Guide strategic fintech transformation initiatives, market penetration strategies, and adoption of advanced financial technologies.

Foster innovation through R&D, cross-border partnerships, and mentorship of technology teams.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Finance, AI, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in fintech architecture, AI-driven financial intelligence, or digital payment systems.

Deep understanding of Omani and regional financial regulations, digital asset frameworks, and cross-border payment systems.

Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary technology teams.
