Position Overview

A forward-looking financial ecosystem in Saudi Arabia is building a data-first fintech intelligence layer and seeks a Lead Financial Data Intelligence & AI Strategy Manager to architect and operationalize advanced analytics capabilities.

This role is less about traditional management and more about intellectual leadership in financial data systems, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision infrastructure.

Strategic Scope

You will lead the transformation of raw financial data into predictive, monetizable intelligence, enabling:

• Hyper-personalized financial services

• Predictive risk scoring models

• Real-time behavioral analytics

• Intelligent credit decisioning systems

Primary Functional Domains

1. Financial Data Architecture

• Design unified data lakes and data warehouses for structured and unstructured financial data.

• Implement real-time streaming analytics pipelines for transaction-level insights.

2. AI/ML Strategy Deployment

• Develop machine learning models for:

  • Credit risk scoring

  • Fraud detection

  • Customer segmentation

• Deploy MLOps frameworks ensuring model lifecycle governance.

3. Regulatory Data Compliance

• Ensure data systems comply with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including data residency and privacy mandates.

• Build explainable AI models aligned with regulatory transparency requirements.

4. Monetization of Data Assets

• Identify opportunities to convert data insights into revenue-generating financial products

• Design APIs for data-as-a-service (DaaS) offerings

Technical Competencies

• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)

• Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Familiarity with financial datasets, transaction data modeling, and behavioral analytics

• Experience with cloud-native data platforms

Leadership Expectations

• Act as a thought leader in AI-driven fintech innovation

• Translate complex data insights into executive-level strategic recommendations

• Collaborate across product, engineering, and compliance teams globally
