Role Overview
This role sits at the frontier of AI-driven financial intelligence, where data becomes the primary asset for risk mitigation, credit modeling, and predictive financial behavior analysis. You will lead the conceptualization and deployment of machine learning frameworks that transform raw transactional data into strategic decision-making engines.
The position requires a hybrid mindset: part data scientist, part financial strategist, and part regulatory interpreter.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy AI-driven risk scoring models for lending, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring.
- Build real-time analytics pipelines for behavioral finance insights using structured and unstructured data.
- Design adaptive machine learning models that evolve with user behavior, macroeconomic indicators, and fraud patterns.
- Lead the development of financial digital twins—simulated environments for stress testing portfolios and market scenarios.
- Integrate AI models into core banking and fintech platforms with explainability and auditability (XAI frameworks).
- Collaborate with compliance teams to align AI outputs with AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting standards.

- Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake)
- Real-time data streaming (Flink, Kafka Streams)
- Graph analytics for fraud detection

Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years in financial data science, AI, or quantitative analytics
- Strong background in risk modeling, credit analytics, or fraud systems
- Expertise in model governance, bias mitigation, and explainability
- Experience working within regulated financial environments
- Ability to translate complex data outputs into executive-level strategy
