A rapidly scaling fintech enterprise is searching for an accomplished Lead Financial Analytics Manager to oversee financial performance measurement, predictive intelligence, and strategic planning initiatives supporting regional fintech operations.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead enterprise financial analytics programs while partnering with executive management to optimize profitability, improve operational performance, and support long-term digital transformation strategies.
Your Mission
You will establish sophisticated financial intelligence systems capable of delivering measurable commercial value across multiple fintech products, customer segments, and regional markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise financial analytics initiatives.
- Develop multi-year financial forecasting strategies.
- Monitor business profitability across fintech portfolios.
- Create executive-level KPI scorecards.
- Analyze operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
- Build enterprise budgeting and forecasting models.
- Evaluate customer acquisition economics.
- Assess digital product financial performance.
- Deliver monthly board financial performance reviews.
- Collaborate with treasury, compliance, and risk management teams.
- Implement automation within financial reporting workflows.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Mentor high-performing financial analysts.
- Support strategic investment decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
- MBA or internationally recognized finance certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning, FP&A, or fintech analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital banking economics.
- Advanced SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and financial modeling skills.
- Experience working with ERP and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
