Strategic Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Lead to drive the development of embedded-finance capabilities that allow businesses and digital platforms to integrate financial services directly into their customer experiences.
This role combines financial infrastructure, product strategy, commercial development and technology partnerships, with responsibility for turning banking capabilities into scalable digital products.
Key Responsibilities

Define the strategic roadmap for embedded-finance and BaaS propositions.

Identify industries and customer segments suitable for embedded financial products.

Develop commercial models for financial APIs and integrated banking services.

Coordinate banks, fintech providers, technology teams and enterprise partners.

Design partnership frameworks for account, payment and financial-data services.
-
Evaluate platform economics, transaction volumes and revenue opportunities.
-
Lead product discovery, pilot programmes and commercial launches.

Establish KPIs covering adoption, transaction activity, revenue and partner performance.

Develop go-to-market strategies for embedded financial products.

Analyse market developments and competing BaaS propositions.

Manage strategic relationships with technology and financial-institution partners.

Collaborate with engineering teams on API and platform requirements.

Present growth strategies and investment cases to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, BaaS, product management or strategic partnerships.

Strong understanding of financial APIs and digital banking infrastructure.

Proven commercial and partnership-development experience.

Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.

Experience taking fintech products from concept to market.
