Role Overview
This role is built for a product leader who understands that digital wallets are evolving into financial super-app ecosystems—platforms where payments, savings, lending, lifestyle services, and commerce converge into a single user experience.
As the Lead Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end evolution of a multi-functional digital wallet, transforming it into a high-engagement platform that seamlessly integrates financial and non-financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap for a digital wallet ecosystem
- Lead the integration of services such as peer-to-peer payments, bill payments, micro-lending, and merchant payments
- Design and scale super-app features, including mini-app ecosystems and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build highly scalable, API-driven architectures
- Drive user growth and engagement strategies, leveraging behavioral analytics and personalization
- Ensure compliance with payments regulation, digital identity requirements, and data privacy laws
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as daily active users (DAU), transaction volume, and retention rates
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Technology, or Finance (MBA preferred)
- 9+ years of experience in fintech product management or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of mobile wallets, payment systems, and embedded finance
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-feature digital products
- Ability to bridge technical teams with business stakeholders
Preferred Capabilities
- Experience building or scaling super-app ecosystems
- Knowledge of user acquisition and growth strategies in fintech
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization engines
- Exposure to cross-border payment integrations
