Role Overview

This lead engineering role oversees the design and optimization of digital treasury systems that support Kuwait’s institutional liquidity modernization efforts. The position centers on engineering real-time liquidity intelligence engines, automated treasury workflows, and multi-currency cashflow orchestration frameworks. The engineer will develop advanced analytics models, high-accuracy liquidity prediction tools, and digital treasury control mechanisms capable of supporting dynamic financial operations across complex multi-entity environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect real-time liquidity management systems integrating cashflow modelling, predictive forecasting engines, and automated rebalancing algorithms.

• Develop multi-currency treasury orchestration layers supporting intraday operations, settlement prioritization, and liquidity buffer optimization.

• Engineer analytics dashboards with visibility into real-time exposures, funding requirements, counterparty positions, and liquidity risk triggers.

• Build automated treasury processes including cash pooling logic, investment allocation workflows, and FX exposure management.

• Ensure alignment with Kuwait’s treasury governance expectations, reporting structures, and risk oversight frameworks.

• Integrate transaction data feeds, market analytics, and regulatory datasets into consolidated liquidity intelligence engines.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in treasury technology, real-time liquidity systems, financial engineering, or fintech workflow automation.

• Expertise in cashflow modelling, treasury optimization algorithms, and liquidity intelligence architectures.

• Deep understanding of multi-currency financial operations and institutional treasury structures.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with real-time financial prediction systems, treasury AI engines, or cross-border cash management frameworks.

• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder digital treasury transformation programs.
