We are seeking a Lead Digital Payments Software Developer to develop resilient payment systems that prioritize security, scalability, and exceptional transaction performance.
Your Role
You’ll be instrumental in designing and engineering:

- Merchant acquiring systems

- Financial switching services
- Automated reconciliation engines
- Cross-border payment gateways
- Financial settlement platforms
- Intelligent transaction routing services
Core Responsibilities
- Develop secure payment applications.
- Design scalable backend services.
- Build enterprise-grade APIs.
- Optimize transaction processing performance.
- Develop automated deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cloud and cybersecurity teams.
- Improve application observability.
- Conduct peer code reviews.

Essential Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, .NET, Go, or Python.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of secure software development.
