Strategic Mandate
To build and launch next-generation gaming financial platforms, including:
- Tokenized reward and asset systems
- Play-to-earn and skill-based earning models
- Digital asset marketplaces within gaming ecosystems
- Cross-platform financial interoperability
Primary Responsibilities
1. Product Architecture & Vision
- Define end-to-end product strategy for gaming-fintech platforms
- Design scalable ecosystems integrating payments, rewards, and asset ownership
- Develop user journeys that maximize engagement and monetization
2. Tokenized Economy Design
- Architect in-game token economies with controlled supply and demand dynamics
- Design reward distribution mechanisms ensuring long-term sustainability
- Integrate blockchain or ledger systems for transparency and ownership
3. Monetization & Growth Strategy
- Develop revenue models across microtransactions, subscriptions, and asset trading
- Optimize conversion funnels and user lifetime value
- Expand platforms across GCC and global markets
4. Ecosystem Partnerships
- Collaborate with fintech providers, gaming studios, and payment networks
- Build API ecosystems enabling third-party integrations
- Drive adoption through strategic alliances and distribution channels
Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years in fintech product strategy, gaming platforms, or digital economies
- Strong understanding of tokenomics and user engagement systems
- Experience launching scalable digital platforms
- Strategic mindset with deep execution capability
