Role Overview
Digital assets are redefining capital markets, requiring new trading infrastructures that operate with speed, transparency, and resilience. This role is for a professional who can design and manage institutional-grade trading environments for digital and tokenized assets.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital asset trading platforms, including order matching and execution systems
- Design market infrastructure, including liquidity management and market-making frameworks
- Implement risk controls and monitoring systems for trading activities
- Integrate platforms with custody solutions, exchanges, and liquidity providers
- Ensure compliance with digital asset regulations and trading standards
- Optimize platform performance for low latency and high throughput trading
- Collaborate with stakeholders to expand market participation and product offerings
Technical Environment
- Trading Systems: Matching engines, order management systems (OMS)
- Programming: Python, C++, low-latency systems
- Infrastructure: High-performance computing environments
- Blockchain: Integration with digital asset networks
- Data: Real-time market data feeds and analytics
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in trading systems, capital markets, or fintech infrastructure
- Strong understanding of market microstructure and trading dynamics
- Experience with digital assets or electronic trading platforms
- Ability to manage complex, high-performance systems
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies
- Experience with liquidity provisioning and market-making
- Familiarity with blockchain-based trading systems
- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities
