Role Overview
A pioneering fintech enterprise is seeking a Lead Cyber Fraud Analytics Engineer to build intelligent fraud detection platforms capable of identifying sophisticated financial threats in real time.
This position combines advanced analytics, machine learning, cloud engineering, and cybersecurity expertise to protect digital payment systems, customer accounts, and financial operations from emerging cyber risks while ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance enterprise fraud detection systems.
- Build predictive analytics models for transaction monitoring.
- Develop AI-assisted fraud prevention solutions.
- Analyse financial behaviour patterns to identify emerging risks.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and product teams.
- Optimize fraud detection accuracy while reducing false positives.
- Develop real-time monitoring dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Lead continuous improvements in fraud intelligence capabilities.
- Mentor engineering teams on fraud analytics best practices.
- Evaluate emerging cybersecurity and AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fraud analytics, AI engineering, cybersecurity, or financial technology.
- Strong programming experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience developing scalable analytics solutions.
- Excellent analytical thinking and technical leadership skills.
