Mission Statement
The Lead Cryptography & Security Strategist is entrusted with safeguarding the mathematical and structural integrity of advanced crypto-financial systems. This role exists at the deepest technical layer of fintech—where security failures translate directly into systemic financial risk.
The strategist will define defensive architectures, cryptographic assurance models, and long-horizon security strategies for complex digital asset environments.
Primary Responsibilities

Design cryptographic security frameworks for wallets, custody systems, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

Evaluate and mitigate protocol-level vulnerabilities, including consensus attacks, bridge exploits, oracle manipulation, and cryptographic weaknesses.

Lead advanced threat modeling across on-chain and off-chain attack surfaces.

Establish standards for post-quantum cryptography readiness and long-term algorithmic resilience.

Advise on secure governance mechanisms, including upgrade paths, key rotation policies, and emergency controls.
Required Qualifications

Advanced expertise in applied cryptography, information security, or secure distributed systems.

Hands-on experience auditing or designing crypto protocols, smart contracts, or digital custody architectures.

Strong research orientation with the ability to anticipate future cryptographic threats and technological shifts.
