Role Overview
A rapidly expanding fintech initiative in Riyadh is seeking a visionary Lead Crypto Portfolio Strategist – Digital Asset Investment, Trading Systems & Financial Innovation to spearhead strategic investment decisions across digital asset portfolios.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on portfolio management, focusing on maximizing returns while managing risk in highly volatile crypto markets. You will design investment frameworks, oversee trading strategies, and integrate advanced analytics into portfolio decision-making.
You will also play a key role in shaping the organization’s digital asset investment philosophy and long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of crypto portfolio strategies
- Manage asset allocation across multiple digital asset classes
- Oversee trading strategies and execution frameworks
- Analyze market trends, macroeconomic factors, and blockchain data
- Develop risk management models and portfolio optimization techniques
- Collaborate with research and analytics teams to identify opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with trading platforms and liquidity providers
- Ensure compliance with Saudi fintech and digital asset regulations
- Mentor team members and drive investment strategy
- Develop reporting frameworks and performance metrics
- Monitor emerging trends in crypto finance and innovation
- Present investment strategies to senior stakeholders
Required Candidate Profile
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in portfolio management or trading
- Strong expertise in crypto markets and financial instruments
- Experience with trading systems and investment strategies
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with algorithmic trading and quantitative strategies
