We are searching for a Lead Core Banking Applications Developer to design robust enterprise software that enables secure banking operations, real-time payment processing, customer onboarding, financial reporting, and digital financial services.
You’ll play a pivotal role in engineering scalable software architectures while collaborating with enterprise architects, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and cybersecurity specialists to deliver innovative financial solutions that meet the highest international standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Develop enterprise core banking applications.
- Design scalable backend services.
- Build secure APIs and financial middleware.
- Develop high-performance transaction processing engines.
- Optimize application performance and availability.
Platform Engineering
- Implement cloud-native software architectures.
- Automate software deployment pipelines.
- Improve system resilience and operational monitoring.
- Build reusable software frameworks.
- Support platform modernization initiatives.
Leadership
- Lead software development teams.
- Review architecture and code quality.
- Mentor engineering professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technology roadmaps.
- Promote engineering best practices.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or .NET.
- Experience with Spring Boot or ASP.NET Core.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing.
- Experience building highly secure enterprise applications.
