The organization is seeking a visionary Lead Blockchain Platform Developer who can design resilient distributed systems, build reusable blockchain frameworks, and create secure digital infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale financial innovation.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Design enterprise blockchain platform architecture.
• Develop reusable blockchain frameworks and internal developer tools.
• Build secure APIs for blockchain-enabled financial services.
• Lead smart contract development and code quality initiatives.
• Engineer scalable distributed ledger infrastructure.
• Integrate blockchain services with cloud-native banking platforms.
• Optimize blockchain network performance and observability.
• Strengthen platform security and operational resilience.
• Define engineering standards and development best practices.
• Guide technical design reviews and architecture governance.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote technical excellence.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies for enterprise adoption.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum 8–10 years of enterprise software engineering experience, with significant blockchain platform development expertise.
• Strong background in distributed computing, cloud-native technologies, and secure software architecture.
• Proven leadership experience in complex engineering environments.
