As the Lead Blockchain & Financial Applications Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of secure distributed applications, financial APIs, transaction engines, and cloud-native infrastructure that enable trusted digital financial ecosystems across regional and international markets.
This role combines technical leadership, hands-on software engineering, and architectural innovation.
Your Responsibilities
Platform Development
- Build enterprise blockchain-enabled financial applications.
- Develop scalable payment processing services.
- Design secure digital transaction infrastructures.
- Develop enterprise integration APIs.
- Build distributed backend systems.
Engineering Leadership
- Lead architecture workshops.
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Define software engineering standards.
- Review technical designs and implementations.
- Collaborate with executive technology leaders.
Operational Excellence
- Optimize platform reliability.
- Enhance application observability.
- Automate deployment pipelines.
- Improve cloud infrastructure security.
- Ensure continuous software quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Java, Rust, or Python.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong understanding of API security.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
