Position Title: Remote Lead Blockchain & Digital Asset Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Remote (Based within Saudi Arabia)

Position Overview
A highly technical role focused on designing and deploying institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure for financial applications. This position requires expertise in distributed ledger technologies, cryptographic security models, and digital asset lifecycle management.
The role is deeply embedded in engineering execution, with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and security of blockchain-based financial systems.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Blockchain Architecture Development

Design Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain solutions optimized for financial use cases

Build smart contract frameworks supporting tokenization, asset issuance, and automated settlement

Develop consensus mechanisms and validation protocols tailored for enterprise-grade environments
2. Digital Asset Infrastructure
-
Implement secure custody solutions (multi-sig wallets, MPC frameworks)
-
Architect token lifecycle management systems, including issuance, transfer, and redemption
-
Enable cross-chain interoperability and bridge protocols
3. Security Engineering

Develop zero-trust security architectures for digital asset platforms

Conduct smart contract audits and penetration testing

Implement cryptographic safeguards (ZK proofs, encryption layers)
4. Performance Optimization

Optimize blockchain throughput, latency, and gas efficiency

Design scalable node infrastructure with high availability and fault tolerance

Integrate off-chain computation and storage layers
Technical Stack Requirements

Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python
-
Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar blockchain frameworks

Knowledge of DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721)

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Candidate Profile

8–15 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in blockchain development

Demonstrated experience building production-grade blockchain solutions

Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and financial instruments
