Role Summary:
As the UAE aggressively advances its framework for regulated tokenized economies, a visionary remote role is now open for a Lead Architect of Real Asset Tokenization & Decentralized Infrastructure. This individual will drive the design, deployment, and scaling of on-chain real asset ecosystems — spanning tokenized real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and structured instruments — governed by transparent smart contracts and secured through regulated custody layers.
This role spans real estate, capital markets, legal engineering, and Web3 — focused on building the backbone for compliant, fractional ownership platforms, cross-border asset trading venues, and real-world asset (RWA) collateralization protocols. Your infrastructure will be foundational to UAE’s ambition to become a global hub for tokenized capital formation.
Core Responsibilities:

Design an interoperable tokenization stack supporting NFTs, security tokens, and hybrid real-world asset structures across blockchain networks.

Build multi-chain issuance and settlement architecture with smart contract governance, DAO-based stakeholder rights, and embedded compliance logic.

Develop investor dashboards, liquidity layers, secondary market integrations, and real-time on-chain NAV tracking tools.

Enable fractional ownership of UAE real estate assets, REITs, and infrastructure projects through token-based issuance engines.

Integrate with ADGM, DIFC, and VARA compliance layers, including KYT, AML, investor suitability, and cross-border asset clearance.

Oversee custody architecture, oracle feeds, digital ID integration, and notarization infrastructure for legal enforceability of tokens.

Partner with legal technologists, architects, and sovereign investment platforms to build asset-agnostic token factories.
Ideal Candidate:
-
10+ years in blockchain infrastructure, real asset digitization, or tokenization systems.

Strong knowledge of UAE’s virtual asset regulatory ecosystem (VARA, ADGM FSRA, DIFC DFSA).

Experience with ERC-1400/3643 (security token standards), fractional ownership logic, and multi-sig legal frameworks.

Advanced technical degree in Blockchain Systems, Capital Markets Engineering, or Digital Asset Structuring.
