Role Mission
Oman’s digital-finance roadmap is rapidly converging toward unified identity ecosystems, secure payments channels, cryptographic trust frameworks, and next-generation authentication interfaces that support high-volume digital commerce and institutional finance. This role is targeted at an expert architect capable of constructing an end-to-end digital trust landscape aligned with Oman’s fintech modernization.
As the Lead Architect of Digital Identity Infrastructure & Financial Authentication Systems, you will design multi-layer identity stacks, encrypted payments authentication flows, biometric trust engines, federated identity-exchange protocols, and advanced digital-trust orchestration models—all executed remotely with regional alignment.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Digital Identity Stack Architecture

Architect national-scale digital identity integration layers with support for multi-factor verification, biometric trust, behavioral authentication, and identity risk scoring.

Build secure identity APIs for banks, payment institutions, and digital service providers across Oman.
2. Secure Payments Trust Frameworks
-
Define cryptographic infrastructure for payment initiations, token generation, secure routing, and high-assurance transaction authorization.

Develop payment authentication protocols integrating device security, behavioral biometrics, and encrypted credentials.
3. Federated Identity Exchange & Interoperability

Build interoperable identity bridges connecting domestic identity systems with GCC-aligned cross-border verification mechanisms.

Engineer identity-governance models ensuring traceability, low-latency verification, and zero-knowledge trust mechanisms where appropriate.
4. Security Intelligence & Risk Engineering

Lead development of anomaly-detection engines for identity fraud, session-layer attacks, and compromised trust vectors.

Build predictive identity-risk algorithms improving the reliability of authentication decisions.
Candidate Profile

12–18 years in digital identity engineering, secure payments architecture, authentication security, or financial-trust systems.

Strong grounding in cryptographic engineering, security protocols, transaction-risk analytics, and payments infrastructure.

Excellence in remote engineering collaboration and technical leadership.
