This remote leadership role will oversee the design and evolution of advanced fintech payment infrastructures aligned with the digital finance landscape in the United Arab Emirates. The Lead Architect will focus on building scalable transaction platforms capable of processing millions of financial interactions while maintaining strict reliability, compliance, and cybersecurity standards.

Core Strategic Responsibilities

Payment Network Architecture

• Design distributed payment infrastructures capable of supporting high-volume financial transactions.

• Establish architecture frameworks that enable seamless interoperability between banks, fintech applications, and payment gateways.

• Implement scalable transaction routing systems that optimize processing speed and reliability.

Cross-Border Payment Enablement

• Develop systems that facilitate efficient multi-currency transactions and international settlements.

• Integrate financial messaging standards used for global transaction communication.

• Ensure interoperability between regional payment infrastructures and international payment networks.

Infrastructure Modernization

• Lead modernization initiatives that transition legacy payment systems toward cloud-native, API-first infrastructures.

• Introduce automated monitoring and observability frameworks for transaction performance.

Security and Financial Integrity

• Implement strong cybersecurity frameworks protecting digital payment networks.

Experience guiding globally distributed engineering teams and overseeing large fintech infrastructure programs.
