Role Summary

The Lead Architect will design, govern, and operationalize blockchain-based digital asset frameworks suitable for institutional adoption in Bahrain. Responsibilities include tokenization infrastructure, smart contract governance, cross-chain interoperability, digital custody, and compliance automation.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect institutional blockchain infrastructure for digital asset issuance, custody, and lifecycle management.

• Design tokenization frameworks integrating asset valuation, governance, and investor rights.

• Develop smart contract governance models with embedded regulatory compliance, automated risk triggers, and audit trails.

• Build interoperability protocols enabling secure communication between blockchain networks and legacy systems.

• Establish operational, security, and compliance standards aligned with Bahrain’s regulatory guidance.

Requirements

• 10–15 years in blockchain architecture, digital asset governance, or distributed ledger systems.

• Mastery of smart contracts, tokenization standards, cross-chain interoperability, and enterprise blockchain infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of financial regulatory compliance and institutional digital asset frameworks.
