Strategic Mandate

To conceptualize and launch end-to-end arcade fintech platforms, including:

• Gamified savings and reward systems
• Digital asset ownership within arcade ecosystems
• Cross-platform loyalty and incentive programs
• Integrated financial experiences across physical and digital play

Primary Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Ecosystem Design

• Define holistic product strategies integrating gameplay, payments, and rewards
• Design scalable ecosystems supporting both casual and high-engagement users
• Create seamless onboarding and engagement flows

2. Gamified Financial Systems

• Develop reward economies driven by gameplay achievements
• Design point systems convertible into tangible value (prizes, credits, services)
• Integrate behavioral incentives that encourage repeat engagement

3. Monetization & Growth Strategy

• Build revenue models across microtransactions, subscriptions, and premium experiences
• Optimize conversion funnels and user retention strategies
• Expand platform reach across GCC and international markets

4. Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Explore integration of tokenized assets and digital ownership frameworks
• Evaluate blockchain or ledger systems for transparency and trust
• Experiment with immersive technologies enhancing financial engagement

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years in fintech product management, gaming platforms, or digital ecosystems
• Strong understanding of gamification and user engagement economics
• Proven track record in launching scalable digital products
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
