Role Summary
A premier fintech innovation centre is establishing an advanced Wealth Intelligence Laboratory dedicated to transforming digital investment experiences through artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and personalized financial insights.
The organization is recruiting an experienced Lead – AI Wealth Management & Investment Analytics to develop intelligent portfolio optimization models, predictive investment tools, behavioural analytics, and next-generation decision-support systems that enhance client outcomes and strengthen enterprise investment capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
AI & Investment Intelligence
- Design AI-powered investment recommendation models.
- Build predictive portfolio analytics.
- Develop intelligent wealth management algorithms.
- Improve client financial insights.
- Enhance investment performance reporting.
Financial Research
- Conduct quantitative investment analysis.
- Evaluate market trends and behavioural patterns.
- Develop executive analytical dashboards.
- Support strategic investment decisions.
- Build enterprise financial intelligence frameworks.
Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary research teams.
- Mentor quantitative analysts and AI specialists.
- Collaborate with engineering and product divisions.
- Present analytical insights to executive leadership.
- Promote continuous research and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Finance, Financial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech, wealth management, AI research, investment analytics, or quantitative finance.
- Strong programming and modelling expertise.
- Excellent analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills.
