This role requires a highly skilled AI and machine learning expert to lead the development of advanced predictive models, risk assessment engines, and customer personalization platforms for the financial services sector in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:

Design AI-driven systems for fraud detection, credit scoring, and transaction monitoring.

Lead development of machine learning models for financial forecasting.

Implement natural language processing (NLP) for chatbots and automated advisory.

Collaborate with banks, regulators, and fintech startups to deploy AI applications.

Oversee compliance with Qatar Central Bank regulations for data privacy and security.

Drive innovation in customer experience through personalized financial insights.

Mentor remote AI engineers and data scientists.

Publish research and insights on AI adoption in Qatar’s fintech landscape.
Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.

8–10 years of experience in AI, fintech applications, and machine learning.

Strong command of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and big data platforms.

Experience with AI deployment in financial institutions or fintech ecosystems.

Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI adoption.
