A rapidly expanding fintech organization is seeking a highly accomplished Lead AI Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems that enhance fraud detection, customer experience, financial forecasting, and operational automation.
Working alongside software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity specialists, you will develop advanced machine learning solutions that support highly scalable financial platforms serving customers across multiple markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design enterprise AI architecture for financial applications.
- Develop machine learning models for fraud detection and transaction monitoring.
- Build predictive analytics solutions for customer behaviour and financial forecasting.
- Deploy scalable AI services within cloud-native environments.
- Optimize model performance and continuous learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI into production systems.
- Ensure AI governance, explainability, and responsible implementation.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of software engineering or AI development experience.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and cloud AI services.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working within financial services or fintech environments.
