Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting the design of payment systems and financial service interfaces, helping ensure that users can complete transactions easily, quickly, and confidently.

You will work alongside senior designers and product teams to deliver user-friendly, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

User Interface Design Support

• Assist in creating wireframes and UI layouts for fintech applications.
• Help translate design concepts into structured user flows.
• Ensure visual consistency across different parts of the application.

User Experience Enhancement

• Identify usability issues and suggest improvements.
• Support the design of payment flows, transaction screens, and dashboards.
• Contribute to improving navigation and interaction clarity.

Research & Feedback Integration

• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions.
• Help analyze user behavior and identify pain points.
• Assist in refining designs based on user insights.

Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Communicate design ideas clearly within the team.
• Learn how design decisions impact product performance.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Understanding of user flows and interaction design
• Strong willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Portfolio demonstrating design projects or case studies
• Interest in fintech, payments, or digital products
