About the Role

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about shaping user-centric financial products in a digital-first economy. As a Junior Product Manager in fintech, you will work closely with product leads, engineers, and designers to build and enhance digital financial solutions that serve a growing and diverse customer base.

Your Day-to-Day Experience

In this position, you will engage in a variety of product development activities, from gathering user requirements to supporting feature releases. You will contribute to the design and improvement of mobile banking features, digital wallets, and payment solutions while ensuring alignment with market needs and user expectations.

You will also play a key role in analyzing customer feedback, identifying usability challenges, and helping prioritize product enhancements that improve overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for fintech applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the GCC fintech space.
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Support product launches, including testing, documentation, and user onboarding strategies.

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, fintech, or digital services.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Interest in financial technology trends, including digital payments and mobile banking.
