A rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem in Riyadh is recruiting a highly strategic Director of Fintech Treasury & Strategic Financial Operations to lead treasury management, liquidity optimization, settlement controls, financial planning, and operational finance transformation across advanced digital payment platforms and financial services infrastructure.

This role requires a commercially intelligent leader capable of ensuring financial strength while supporting aggressive fintech growth. The successful candidate will own treasury operations, working capital strategy, payment settlements, financial planning, and enterprise-wide operational finance performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead treasury strategy across payment settlements, liquidity planning, and capital optimization
• Oversee financial operations across reconciliation, transaction controls, merchant settlements, and working capital management
• Build strategic forecasting models for transaction growth, revenue performance, and financial sustainability
• Strengthen treasury governance and risk controls across all financial operations
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, operations, and executive leadership teams for enterprise alignment
• Improve operational efficiency through finance process automation and reporting modernization
• Ensure audit readiness, regulatory reporting accuracy, and financial control excellence
• Support pricing strategies and profitability optimization across digital financial products
• Develop executive dashboards for treasury visibility and financial decision support
• Strengthen banking relationships and financial infrastructure partnerships across GCC markets
• Lead crisis planning for liquidity resilience and operational continuity
• Mentor treasury and finance leadership teams while building succession planning frameworks

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or related discipline
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in treasury leadership, fintech finance, or strategic financial operations
• Strong expertise in treasury management, payment settlements, and financial planning
• Understanding of Saudi financial governance frameworks and digital finance transformation priorities
• Proven leadership across finance modernization and treasury optimization programs
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capability
• Advanced strategic planning and operational excellence expertise
