Position Summary
This executive opportunity calls for a fintech innovation leader to drive the evolution of the digital wealth management landscape in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding financial technology sector. The Head of WealthTech Product Architecture will define and execute a holistic roadmap for algorithmic investment platforms, digital advisory ecosystems, and AI-personalized portfolio solutions for retail, HNWI, and institutional clients.
Primary Responsibilities

Conceptualize and lead the development of WealthTech ecosystems powered by machine learning–based risk profiling, predictive asset allocation, and dynamic portfolio optimization models.

Define comprehensive digital product strategies spanning robo-advisory, hybrid human-AI advisory models, and intelligent portfolio rebalancing systems.

Oversee the full lifecycle of product innovation—from architecture and compliance alignment to UX-driven interface frameworks and modular platform integration.

Collaborate with regulatory authorities and cross-border partners to embed data governance, cross-market compliance, and sustainable investment transparency.

Implement data-driven personalization engines leveraging behavioral analytics, customer intent prediction, and decentralized asset management protocols.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 12 years’ experience across digital investment, asset management, and fintech product innovation.

Strong expertise in AI-driven portfolio analytics, digital advisory systems, and blockchain asset tokenization models.

Deep familiarity with CMA regulations, investment governance structures, and digital transformation principles under Vision 2030.
