Position Summary
The UAE is at the forefront of open banking innovation in the GCC, advancing API-based interoperability and data-driven financial ecosystems. The Head of Open Banking & Digital Finance Architecture will lead the creation of scalable, secure, and intelligent open finance infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities

Design open finance platforms enabling seamless API integration across banking, payments, and fintech service providers.

Lead the development of cloud-native data ecosystems for secure, real-time financial data exchange.

Build AI-driven customer intelligence layers for hyper-personalized financial product offerings.

Develop cross-border open banking frameworks in alignment with UAE Central Bank policy and global interoperability standards.

Champion data privacy, security, and governance strategies across digital finance platforms.
Core Competencies

12+ years in open banking strategy, fintech infrastructure, or digital product architecture.

Proven expertise in API lifecycle management, cloud financial ecosystems, and secure data exchange.

Deep knowledge of UAE open finance regulations and global interoperability frameworks.

Advanced degree in Financial Systems Architecture, Digital Strategy, or Data Engineering.
