As the Head of Intelligent Payments Infrastructure, you will design and implement next-generation payment ecosystems, leveraging machine learning-driven fraud detection, biometric authentication, and IoT-enabled micro-payments. This role is mission-critical for ensuring Saudi Arabia achieves its cashless economy objectives, while fostering global competitiveness in the payments domain.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the deployment of national-scale digital payment rails, ensuring high-speed, low-latency transaction settlement.

Oversee integration of real-time biometric authentication mechanisms across retail and institutional payment systems.

Design frameworks for cross-border instant payments interoperability, linking Saudi systems with GCC and G20 corridors.

Implement AI-driven fraud detection and behavioral analytics engines for transaction monitoring.

Build digital wallets and IoT-enabled micro-transaction platforms to power smart city ecosystems.

Collaborate with international partners to define standards for programmable payments and tokenized settlement layers.
Qualifications

12–18 years in digital payments, payment infrastructure engineering, or transaction system innovation.

Expertise in ISO 20022 standards, instant payment systems, and blockchain-integrated settlement networks.

Proven ability to scale high-volume payment systems with tier-one banking or fintech environments.

Academic background in financial systems engineering, cryptography, or digital economics.
