Role Summary

The Head of Intelligent Banking Platforms & AI-Driven Financial Analytics will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of AI-powered fintech solutions, including predictive financial analytics, intelligent decision-making platforms, and automated operational workflows. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation banking intelligence systems.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Banking Systems: Develop predictive analytics platforms to identify financial trends, detect risk patterns, and generate actionable insights.

• Data Infrastructure Leadership: Build scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines capable of processing complex financial datasets in real time.

• Intelligent Customer Experience: Integrate AI systems to deliver personalized banking recommendations and optimized financial journeys.

• Regulatory Compliance & Data Governance: Implement robust frameworks to ensure financial data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI usage.

• Cross-Border Integration: Facilitate interoperable AI solutions across international fintech platforms, supporting Oman’s growing digital finance ecosystem.

• Machine learning and AI platforms for financial data

Candidate Profile

Experience: 12–15 years in fintech AI solutions, predictive banking platforms, or intelligent analytics systems.

Technical Expertise: Financial data engineering, AI/ML for fintech, cloud-scale analytics, secure banking systems.

Leadership: Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the deployment of AI-driven financial platforms.
