This role requires an individual capable of identifying market opportunities, designing customer-centric financial solutions, and developing strategic roadmaps that create sustainable competitive advantages.
The successful candidate will work closely with product, technology, compliance, and business teams to launch innovative financial products that serve both retail and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute fintech product strategy across multiple financial services segments.
- Lead development of embedded finance offerings integrated into non-financial digital ecosystems.
- Identify new revenue streams through strategic partnerships and platform expansion.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence assessments.
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable API-driven financial services.
- Drive innovation initiatives leveraging open banking frameworks.
- Monitor product performance and customer engagement metrics.
- Support commercialization strategies and go-to-market execution.
- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and ecosystem partners.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of fintech, product management, digital banking, or payments experience.
- Strong understanding of APIs, open banking, digital ecosystems, and embedded finance.
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
