Executive Summary
This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, financial intelligence, and market expansion, with a mandate to conceptualize and launch next-generation fintech products tailored to evolving consumer and enterprise needs.
The position requires a leader capable of translating macroeconomic trends, customer behavior analytics, and emerging technologies into scalable fintech solutions.
Strategic Responsibilities
1. Product Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership

Define and execute end-to-end fintech product strategies

Lead development of AI-powered financial tools, including predictive analytics and risk scoring systems

Design embedded finance solutions across sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, and telecom
2. Financial Intelligence & Data Strategy

Build data-driven decision frameworks leveraging machine learning and big data analytics

Develop real-time financial insights platforms for both consumers and institutions

Integrate alternative data sources for credit scoring and behavioral analytics
3. Market Expansion & Growth

Identify and penetrate high-growth fintech segments within GCC markets

Develop go-to-market strategies for new financial products

Establish strategic partnerships across financial and non-financial ecosystems
4. Customer-Centric Design

Champion user experience innovation in digital financial services

Required Expertise

Deep understanding of digital banking, lending platforms, and wealth management technologies

Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive product adoption and revenue growth
Candidate Profile

10–18 years in fintech product strategy, innovation, or financial analytics

Demonstrated success in launching scalable fintech products in international markets

Ability to bridge technical, commercial, and regulatory domains
