Role Context

As the UAE emerges as a global fintech hub, digital financial services are increasingly embedded across non-financial platforms, including e-commerce, mobility, and enterprise SaaS solutions.

The Head of Fintech Product Innovation will lead the design, strategy, and deployment of next-generation fintech product ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in digital product strategy, embedded finance, regulatory frameworks, and market intelligence, ensuring that financial products are scalable, compliant, and technologically sophisticated.

Core Responsibilities

Fintech Product Strategy

• Lead product roadmaps for embedded financial services, digital wallets, and integrated financial platforms.

• Ensure fintech products leverage AI, predictive analytics, and automated decision engines.

• Align product strategy with market intelligence, emerging fintech trends, and GCC regulatory requirements.

Ecosystem Integration

• Architect platforms that enable multi-party financial service integration across banks, payment processors, and fintech startups.

• Ensure seamless interoperability for cross-platform financial services and embedded commerce.

Compliance & Risk

• Maintain compliance with local and international regulatory bodies:

  • Central Bank of UAE

  • International Monetary Fund

• Integrate regulatory technology tools directly into product workflows to minimize risk and ensure transparency.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Innovation Management, Digital Finance, or Business Strategy.

Experience: 10–12 years in fintech product leadership, digital platform strategy, or embedded finance solutions.

Core Skills:

• Expertise in fintech product lifecycle management and ecosystem integration.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, digital compliance, and cross-border financial operations.

• Proven ability to launch highly scalable digital financial products.
