Key Strategic Responsibilities
Enterprise Platform Leadership
- Develop and execute the long-term platform engineering strategy.
- Oversee enterprise application modernization initiatives.
- Establish engineering governance, architecture standards, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Lead platform scalability, resilience, and performance optimization.
Technology Transformation
- Build cloud-native financial technology ecosystems.
- Champion API-first engineering practices.
- Drive intelligent automation initiatives across financial operations.
- Introduce AI-enabled operational monitoring and predictive system analytics.
Engineering Management
- Lead software engineers, cloud architects, DevSecOps specialists, QA engineers, and infrastructure professionals.
- Mentor senior engineering managers and technical leads.
- Define engineering KPIs and delivery metrics.
- Promote innovation through agile development methodologies.
Business Collaboration
- Partner with executive leadership on technology investment strategies.
- Translate business objectives into scalable engineering solutions.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies and strategic partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- 6+ years leading enterprise engineering organizations.
- Proven success delivering cloud-native fintech platforms.
