Primary Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of large-scale fintech platforms.
• Define technology roadmaps supporting future business growth.
• Build API ecosystems enabling secure financial connectivity.
• Oversee cloud-native platform modernization initiatives.
• Develop scalable infrastructure supporting high-volume transaction environments.
• Drive engineering excellence and innovation culture.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and cybersecurity teams.
• Establish technology governance frameworks.
• Manage platform resilience, availability, and performance standards.
• Mentor engineering leaders and technical specialists.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Proven background in fintech platform engineering.
• Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of digital banking, lending, payments, and financial technology ecosystems.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
