This role is designed around a single principle: fintech success must be measurable. The Head of Fintech Performance & Value Realisation is responsible for defining how financial technology initiatives are evaluated, governed, and optimized from a value-creation perspective.
The position operates across strategy, finance, technology, and operations—ensuring that fintech platforms deliver tangible, sustainable outcomes rather than abstract innovation.
Key Accountability Areas
1. Performance Framework Design

Define KPIs and metrics covering financial performance, platform efficiency, and customer impact.
2. Value Realisation Governance

Track benefits from fintech initiatives across cost efficiency, revenue enablement, and risk reduction.
3. Executive Reporting & Insight

Translate operational and technical performance into clear executive-level dashboards and narratives.
4. Continuous Optimization

Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective or enhancement strategies.
Ideal Leadership Background

10+ years in fintech performance management, financial strategy, or digital transformation oversight.

Strong analytical mindset combined with executive-level communication skills.
